  10. Fair Use of Free or Discounted Passes

    1. To ensure sustainable and fair use of the platform, the following conditions apply to the use of free and discounted passes:

      1. Free Pass Threshold

        Organisations may issue free passes (passes priced at $0 or discounted 100%) for up to 20% of the number of paid passes issued in any given calendar month. This includes all free trials, complimentary entries, or promotional giveaways.

      2. Revenue Discount Threshold

        The total revenue actually received for passes in a given month must be at least 80% of the total pre-discount value of those passes. This ensures platform commission fees are not circumvented and maintains a fair environment for all users.

    2. These thresholds will be evaluated on a rolling 3-month average to account for natural variations in business activity and occasional promotional use.
    3. The fair use thresholds do not apply during the first 30 days after an organisation’s initial onboarding, allowing time for setup, testing, and promotional campaigns.
    4. Organisations may request a temporary exception in advance for special campaigns (e.g. introductory offers, events, or community outreach). Approval is at the platform's discretion and should be sought before launching the campaign.
    5. If usage exceeds the allowed thresholds without prior approval, we reserve the right to:

      1. Request justification for the excess usage;
      2. Apply standard commission fees to the shortfall;
      3. Restrict or suspend account access in the case of repeated or deliberate breaches.
    6. This policy supports genuine use of discounted passes (e.g. for trials or goodwill) while ensuring the long-term sustainability of the platform.
  11. Refund Policy

    WebApps Global will only provide you with a refund of the Subscription Fee or Class Pass fee in the event they are unable to continue to provide the Services or if the manager of WebApps Global makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances. Where this occurs, the refund will be in the proportional amount of the Subscription Fee that remains unused by the Member (the 'Refund').
